I can't log I or sign in to my phone tv and internet account. It keeps asking for area code and account number because I can't remember log in details. Firstly it won't accept my account number said its not long enough. I need the code for DN2. When I joined virgin I have a feeling I've not given my e-mail address right I think I left the numbers part out, so I've never had any communication from Virgin. I only found out I had a bill when my services were cut off. How can I get into my account. It's driving me mad. I paid the bill on the automated phone call, but any other information I need I need characters from my password which I can't remember. Please help.
