Signed up for 9 monthbroadband contract in September on premise would receive £50 Amazon voucher.Five months later and 5 phone calls still nothing received.Feeling that there is an underlying expectation that I will give up my claim.However,I have an email that states my entitlement.I need it to purchase course material.Could you please advise me how to resolve this quickly.Feeling disgruntled is an understatement

The team have come back to me now and have confirmed eligibility.
The next step is to send your details over to the company that provide these vouchers. This will be done Wednesday 22nd February for you. You should keep an eye on your email inbox as well as the junk/deleted folders from Thursday. The email will be from Eden Red with the subject as 'Virgin Media Rewards: you're in for a treat!'
If you've still not received anything within a week, come back and let me know
