I keep getting a notification saying that "My account details are out of date".
I have no problem signing in to My acccount,Email etc.so I`m not sure what
the problem is.Can anyone help please?

In order to help you, can you let me know where this error message is popping up? Is it once you have signed in to My Virgin Media or your email or is it happening when opening your web browser?

Thaks for the reply Kath,I did an online chat with Virgin and apparently they have changed the rules on the verification
passwords.They now need a password up tp 15 digets beginning with a letter and containing at least one number. My
original password did`nt conform to this so I had to create another during the chat and that solved the problem,although
they said it will take up to 6 weeks before I stop recieving the messages.
Apparently Virgin Media changed their policy regarding the format of passwords
which mine didn`t conform, to so they changed it for me and it solved the problem.
