Account login

Once again for the past 3 weeks this login problem, were experiencing technical difficulties, is a major problem now. Cant login to emails yet again , cant get to the status page either, cant login to my account. Things are getting out of control VM. Never have I seen a company like this in such a bad state with so many many technical   problems that are not or will not be fixed, e.g tivo slowness reported 6 months ago and still no action.

Thanks for your post and apologies you were unable to access Webmail or My Virgin Media a few nights ago. 


We're aware there was an issue reported to us and we managed to get everything sorted a few days later. We understand it's frustrating when a fault happens however we do whatever we can to resolve things as soon as possible. 


With regards to the slow TiVo® issue you're having, we have been working on bringing a new update. Read the latest on that here: Update to our TiVo boxes
