I would be concerned that VM had done further checks and found your property to be unserviceable, as has been shown with some past topics which had an identical theme.
Since it was only in the order stage the number to call about it would be the Sales Team's number: 0800 064 3836 but you could of course ask via 0345 454 1111. Option 4 from the main menu and then option 5. Either of those routes will get you the detail you need to chase things up.
