Over charging for service bigger than i want which and now not on. Complaints not deaLtd with appropriately as they keep asking to speak to previous account holder and I detail his new account number in my letters. They set his service up. They visited in his new home but still say they've not heard from him to say moved. Not good. I will be going to.ombudsman for refund and why does it say I need to pay the bill again. I'm not paying double for a third month in four. I can't and yet cut off for not doing so.
You will need to ring in for queries with billing.
