Sorry buddy no one on this forum can help you with billing queries. You need to call 0333 000 3101 later on today and speak to the customer service or billing team.

Dreadful

Over charging for service bigger than i want which and now not on. Complaints not deaLtd with appropriately as they keep asking to speak to previous account holder and I detail his new account number in my letters. They set his service up. They visited in his new home but still say they've not heard from him to say moved. Not good. I will be going to.ombudsman for refund and why does it say I need to pay the bill again. I'm not paying double for a third month in four. I can't and yet cut off for not doing so.

I don't suppose anyone check my service either if I try it takes me to bill but then I check and I cannot as it says account is upto date check service. In a loop going nowhere and getting g no help.

As above, we cannot help.

You will need to ring in for queries with billing.
