£50 referral credit not applied

Hi,

When we signed up to VM, we had a £50 referral credit that was agreed to have been added to our account. However since the start of the contract 2 months ago to now, no credit has been applied. Is there some way to see if this has been put on and if not, can it please be applied?

My apologies the Refer A Friend credits have not been applied for you.

Our teams can look into this for you if you could contact them via Webchat or via 150/ 0345 454 1111 where they can clear the security we need to check into the billing for you.
