Upon further investigation I can see that the notes show the £50 voucher was an offer that Simplify Digital were offering as part of their sign up deal to Virgin Media and this was not an offer Virgin Media were offering to you directly at the time.
In order to chase this you would need to contact Simplify Digital about this as they are responsible for providing this voucher to you.
