£50.00 Special Online Credit - Not been taken off my first bill
I've received my first bill, and the £50.00 Special Online Credit has not been taken off my first bill. The discount was given to me by a sales person to apply at checkout, which I did, and it was confirmed in my "Your Virgin Media order" email:
My account is under the same email as this one. Please can the credit be applied correctly to my account?
