£5

Why do they still charge me £5 a min month handling fee when everyone else pays less yet I am a loyal customer and have been with telewest and virgin for years.

Re: £5

Re: £5

Hi amboman3,

Thank you for your post.

Kippies is quite right about the non DD handling fee. We have chosen to reduce the payment handling charge from £5 to £0.45 for all customers who joined us on or after 6th April 2013, or have agreed a new minimum contract period from this date.

If you are still being charged the old rate of £5 please have a chat with our team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and we'll get that amended right away.

Kind regards

Elaine

Re: £5

Hi thanks will give them a call see what they can do just feel it's in fair to force someone into new contract when they were told it was unfair and had to reduce it.

And can't believe to can't make any complaints via email as it's a technology company.

Nick
