Hi all, I was given a great deal to stay with Virgin back in October/November. This was basically a reduced monthly fee and six months free sky movies and sports. I was advised to get in touch by/in April to renegotiate or cancel (which I did on the 31st March) but was definitely not told that I would have to give 30 days notice to cancel or be charged a partial month for sports/movies. I explained the situation to 'Harry' on the phone who did seem terribly bothered or sympathetic. I informed him that I would not be paying the partial month as I was not informed of this and this upgrade was initiated by Virgin as a deal sweetener
