I just joined virgin 3 weeks ago and just been cut off. I was told it was because of an unpaid bill. Checked my account and it says im new and haven't been billed yet. I rang virgin and apparently I have to pay a £25 upfront fee. I was never told about an upfront fee when I joined and cant understand why they cut me off without any warning after 3 weeks. I have been told they wont put my service back on untill I pay it but they dont seem to be able to tell me what its actually for. Can anyone help please?
