2 lines for broadband same house

Hello!!

I have an easy question. I am moving to a shared house in which there is a Virgin media router for telephone and broadband, is it possible for me to move my current broadband to that house? (result would be two different broadbands in the same house with Virgin Media.

Thanks in advance

Regards

Re: 2 lines for broadband same house

You can't have two Virgin Media broadband services but you could have your own broadband from any other supplier as they use a different network.

Re: 2 lines for broadband same house

Simple answer too. No. Sorry.

VM's rule is one address one account. Unless the accommodation you intend to occupy is physically separate and identifiable as a separate dwelling you are out of luck. I think you are as you say it is a shared house.

I do not work for VM. The advice I give is based on my best understanding of VM policy and practice. You rely on it at your own risk.

Re: 2 lines for broadband same house

Thank you for your response!

So, if that is not possible what is a duplicate account for?

I have been informed that what I am asking is currently possible, could you please let me know if that´s right?

Thanks
