150 reward voucher

Hi iwas hoping someone could look into my reward voucher as i havent received the code to redeem it yet and the account was created at the start of febuary

Thanks for your post and welcome to Virgin Media and the Community Smiley Happy

 

Any promotional offers with gifts included, such as the vouchers, are processed after an initial 28 days of taking the services. We then advise it can take up to 14 days to receive it. 

 

Based on your install date, you should get it by 31st March. If you haven't received it by then come back and let me know and we can chase things for you Smiley Happy

Sorry to piggyback on this thread but people seem to be getting replied to here 😅

I also have not received my £150 vouchers, It is now past the 28 days since installation I was previously told. Could somebody look in to this for me?

(I have checked spam folders etc)

I'm sorry to hear you've not yet received your vouchers. This can sometimes happen but we are more than happy to chase things up for you. 

I have filled out an exception form for you and this has now gone over to the Rewards team. They will check your account to confirm eligibility and they'll come back to me in around 3 days.

Once I hear back from the team, I shall let you know the outcome.

Thanks for your patience whilst I looked into this for you. Smiley Happy

The team have come back to me now and have confirmed eligibility. 

The next step is to send your details over to the company that provide these vouchers. This will be done tomorrow, 7th April, for you. You should keep an eye on your email inbox as well as the junk/deleted folders. The email will be from Eden Red with the subject as 'Virgin Media Rewards: you're in for a treat!'.

If you've still not received anything within a week, come back and let me know Smiley Happy
