14 days cancel

Wondering...I went from vivid 200 £45.25 to vivid 300 and kept discounts.

Im going to test speeds over next few days...if I want to go downgrade, will I goto the new vivid 200 price of £37.25 as Ive been told discounts staying.

this is just in case I dont get 300 regular.

Re: 14 days cancel

Usually you would revert to your old package/ price.

Re: 14 days cancel

Actually couldn't give you an answer for that, my instinct says they might be a bit miffed and be some kind of charge for that as you would be going from a more expensive contract (that you would of agreed to a certain minimum term to) to a cheaper one.

Re: 14 days cancel

Probably wud be the case. Wont need to if it stays like this tbh...

Been testing the speeds for like 48 hours now...Banging 315-320mbps every time .

on friday in peak time, it went to 330mbps. Im luky around here, must be the area.

Keepin in mind, I dont just use speedtest I use proper methods to test...Never dropped under 315mbps.

DS channels have been 16 for ages .....can only get better when it increases.

Some of the non techy ppl I chill with said...whats the point... I said whats the point of you 4.2 jaguar ....when we live in a 30mph zone...LMAO..cuz it can be obtained...plus 12mbps to 20mbps upload....big increase....

 BTW....is this truthful

https://www.cable.co.uk/guides/when-can-i-get-virgin-vivid-broadband/

people on 200 automatically will get free upgrade to 300...what..thats goto to be ball ox.

Re: 14 days cancel

Wouldn't trust it until VM say it themselves.

The roll out of upgrades to 100Mbs for sub100Mbs customers will likely happen by the end of 2017 for most just from recontracting to be fair. But likely will happen at some point anyway automatically if not.
