£125 retail voucher

Hi there,

Following Virgin's Black Friday deal we joined Virgin media with their 'Player' package. Part of the promotion was either a speaker or £125 retail voucher; we opted for the voucher.

Others have mentioned about waiting to pay your first bill however after joining in November and paying a couple of bills we are till waiting to receive the voucher.

Please can you help us out?

Well good luck with that
I joined in September 2016 and was suppose to get £100 voucher and 5 months later NOTHING

I have already replied to your thread, and also updated it this morning, here: £125 Retail Voucher not received

 

Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.

 

Have a look at my reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.
