£125 retail voucher not received

Hi

I signed up for my virgin media broadband on 26th November 2016. This was Black Friday weekend.

I was told I would be given £50 because I was referred through a friend, which did come off my bill.

However I was also given a choice between two vouchers and I chose the £125 retail voucher. I have still not yet received this and have literally made 7 phonecalls at least to virgin since the start of January.

Each time I was promised it would get looked into and it would be either 48 hours of 72 hours or by the end of the week... No one has been consistent and I'm very disappointed I haven't received my voucher, 4 months down the line.

Could someone tell me why this has happened? I have checked my email address is correct each time I've been on the phone. I have been checking my email and junk folder every day.

I'm sorry to hear you've not yet received your vouchers. This can sometimes happen but we are more than happy to chase things up for you.

 

We'll need to take a look at this for you in more detail. In order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.

Thanks for coming back to me via private message on this one. 

 

I can see you've already been able to speak to the team regarding this and they have filled out an exception form for you. This went over to the Rewards team and they have checked your account and confirmed eligibility Smiley Happy

 

The next step was to send your details over to the company that provide these vouchers. This was done last Friday for you. You should keep an eye on your email inbox as well as the junk/deleted folders. The email will be from Eden Red with the subject as 'Virgin Media Rewards: you're in for a treat!'.

 

If you've still not received anything within 7 days. Come back and let me know Smiley Happy

I doesnt recive my vocher i was buy my package in december

I have filled out an exception form for you and this has now gone over to the Rewards team. They will check your account to confirm eligibility and they'll come back to me in around 3 days.

 

Once I hear back from the team, I shall let you know the outcome.
