£100 voucher

Hi.

I've recently switched to VM and I had my services installed.

I have not received my vouchers yet, could someone please assist with this?

Hi

Put a £1 on the national lottery as you will have more chance of winning that before you get your voucher

 

If they are taking too long with this wait till you have other issues like spending 2 hours on the phone with problems then get disconnected

I'm sorry to hear you've not yet received your vouchers. This can sometimes happen but we are more than happy to chase things up for you. 

 

I have filled out an exception form for you and this has now gone over to the Rewards team. They will check your account to confirm eligibility and they'll come back to me. 

 

Once I hear back from the team, I shall let you know the outcome.

The team have come back to me now and have confirmed eligibility. 

 

The next step is to send your details over to the company that provide these vouchers. This will be done today, 14th October. You should keep an eye on your email inbox as well as the junk/deleted folders.

Since VM are directly and indirectly saying these vouchers are provided by "another company" and not by any brach of VM.  Then why dont VM use a different more reliable voucher offer partner seeing as there is clearly a problem with the current company and the way they operate in providing (or not) these vouchers etc!.

Hi I got an email just over a week after the post online which I then redeemed online and was supposed to receive a store card in the post. I have not had this still. Thanks
