The next step is to send your details over to the company that provide these vouchers. This will be done today, 14th October. You should keep an eye on your email inbox as well as the junk/deleted folders.

Since VM are directly and indirectly saying these vouchers are provided by "another company" and not by any brach of VM. Then why dont VM use a different more reliable voucher offer partner seeing as there is clearly a problem with the current company and the way they operate in providing (or not) these vouchers etc!.
