£100 voucher offer

Hi,

I signed up to virgin media on the 6th june and was entitled to 3 months movies and sport for free, 6 months netflicks for free and  £100 voucher.

they advised the voucher could take up to 28 working days to arrive but to date haven't received the voucher.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Can someone look in to it for me?

Thanks for your post and a huge welcome to the forums. It's great to have a new face posting here. 

 

I'm sorry to hear you've not yet received your vouchers. This can sometimes happen but we are more than happy to chase things up for you.

 

I have filled out an exception form for you and this has now gone over to the Rewards team. They will check your account to confirm eligibility and they'll come back to me. 

 

Once I hear back from the team, I shall let you know the outcome.

Thanks for your patience whilst I looked into this for you. 

 

The team have come back to me now and have confirmed eligibility. 

 

The next step is to send your details over to the company that provide these vouchers. This will done tomorrow for you.

 

You should keep an eye on your email inbox as well as the junk/deleted folders. 

 

If you've still not received anything within a week, come back and let me know Smiley Happy

Hi Smiler2, 

 

Usually once the Rewards team have confirmed eligibility they send your information over to the company that provide these vouchers. 

 

First thing you will receive is an email with a voucher code and link to a Compliments site. You need to go here in order to choose which vouchers you want. 

 

Once chosen they will then be sent to your home address. 

 

Have you received the email yet? Double check your spam as well as your inbox.

Hi have you received a reply in regards to the vouchers? I've no vouchers to date in the post or an email.

I'm presuming I will receive an email from Virgin to advise what vouchers are being sent and when?

Keep checking my junk mail but not sure what I'm looking for as don't know who to expect the email to come from.

As it turns out, the person dealing with this had some unexpected time off so only today I've heard back. 

 

It looks as though we originally sent your details over to the team on 10th August so unsure why you've not seen these in your inbox. 

 

Anyway, we've resent them again today so you should get them within the next 48 hours.
