Your details haven't been passed on to EdenRed or your contact details need correcting. You can call in about it (quickest way) by ringing 150 from a VM phone / 0345 454 1111 from any phone -> Option 1 -> Confirm your details -> Option 4 -> Option 1.
Alternately, wait up to two weeks for a response from a member of the Forum Team here (they can also resolve the matter.)

I had an email from the virgin media team after contacting them by telephone. It said my account was eligible for the voucher and I would receive a voucher code in the next 24 hours that was a week ago and still no voucher! Yes any further help would be appreciated thanks
