£100 gift card

Hi, I've order a package, and on that package there was a deal of £100 gift card including with it. It has been a month and I still yet to receive this gift card.?

Thanks for your post and welcome to Virgin Media and the Community Smiley Happy

 

Any promotional offers with gifts included, such as the vouchers, are processed after an initial 28 days of taking the services. We then advise it can take up to 14 days to receive it. 

 

Based on your install date, you should get it by 3rd June. If you haven't received it by then come back and let me know and we can chase things for you Smiley Happy

Thanks for coming back to me on this and I'm sorry to hear you've not yet received your vouchers. This can sometimes happen but we are more than happy to chase things up for you. 

 

I have filled out an exception form for you and this has now gone over to the Rewards team. They will check your account to confirm eligibility and they'll come back to me in around 3 days.

 

Once I hear back from the team, I shall let you know the outcome.

The team have come back to me now and advised that you will need to contact Simplify Digital on 0800 138 8388 to get your gift card.
