I signed up for a virgin media bundle in January and was offered a £100 voucher to spend online at a variety of places. I've looked through the forums to see the standard code of practice around this and found that I should expect to wait 28 days (for the right to cancel clause to expire) and then 14 days further for the company that generates the vouchers to send them. Seeing as I've been a customer for nearly 3 months I was expecting to have received something by now. Unfortunately not.
Does anyone know the next steps in the procedure, for example who I need to contact or where I should look to resolve the matter?
