£100 Retail Voucher

Hello I was promised a £100 retail voucher when i signed up in January 2017

Vip package was installed in January and no word of any vouchers

Can anyone help please

Thanks for your patience whilst I looked in to this Smiley Happy 

 

OK, the team have come back to say that they are going to resent the voucher. 

 

Don't forget to check your Junk / Spam folders and remember the email you're looking for is from Edenred and it will have the subject heading of  “Virgin Media Rewards: you're in for a treat!”.

 

Come back if you're still waiting by Friday.

I've filled in the form for the voucher Rewards Teams and they should check this for us and action this over the next few working days providing it's a valid offer.

I'll be happy to check this has been confirmed for you next week. I'll drop back either Tuesday or Wed to confirm.

In the meantime have a lovely weekend and I hope you're getting the sun we are in Swansea- it's fab Smiley Happy

I've checked into this for you and the notes suggest that the Rewards Team processed the voucher email request for you for despatch on the 10th April with arrival of the email within the subsequent 24 hrs from that date.

If you've not checked this yet can you please check all inboxes including junk folder as it sometimes routes to there. The email will come from a 3rd party company called Edenred and it will have the subject heading of  “Virgin Media Rewards: you're in for a treat!”.

Let us know if this has arrived Smiley Very Happy

I'm really sorry to hear you are still waiting. 

 

I have raised this up with the Rewards Team again. We may need to take a new email address from you if the next attempt fails. 

 

With it being Easter, the team are off until Tuesday so I may not be back to you on this until then. As soon as I hear back though, I will come back to you.
