I joined Virgin Media in August and qualified for the £100 gift voucher. I chased in November as it wasn't sent to me and received the following email:
Thanks for coming back to me on this and apologies to hear you are still waiting on receiving the vouchers
I have popped an email over to the Head of the Rewards Team for him to check up on this. Once I have a reply I will be back in touch.

The team have come back now and advised that they've manually added you and you should receive the email within the next few days.
Keep checking your junk / spam folders too in case it gets redirected there.
