When I joined virgin over 4 weeks ago I was told over the phone that I would be receiving an email regarding the £100 gift card after 28 days, and having checked my inbox/spam there is still no email.
Can anyone advise on what to do next or who to contact please?

I'm sorry to hear you've not yet received your vouchers. This can sometimes happen but we are more than happy to chase things up for you.
I have filled out an exception form for you and this has now gone over to the Rewards team. They will check your account to confirm eligibility and they'll come back to me.
Once I hear back from the team, I shall let you know the outcome.

I promise that we’re not trying to trick or treat you! I am sorry the voucher has not yet arrived.
I have checked into this for you and can see notes from the Rewards team showing that:
'Details will be forwarded to dispatch Team on 31-Oct16
Customer should expect the voucher code within 24 hrs.'
You should get this by Nov 1st at the latest.
