Just received a phone call on my EE mobile which said it was from Virgin but sounded like a scam. Howver it was from Virgin. They ask how my new router was and the service. I stated that I had been losing the signal. They offered to "Tune Up" my new hub. Great I thought, then she said it would only cost me £9.95 a month.
So Virgin media want me to pay them to get their equipment working correctly.
It's a scam. Just ignore it and don't blame VM. If you have router problem post about it in the relevant part of the Forum and we'll solve it for you.
