Hi all,
We have been with virgin for less than a month, for the first week the phone line was fine, then all of a sudden over the last two weeks we have had no dial tone on the line. we have tried 3 different phone to see if that was the problem but did not solve it. i cannot ring customer services as we have no dial tone, and using my mobile to call them is impractical and would involve to much money on my tarrif. can anyone help with this?

my dear its same here with me i got pohone line and broadband on 30th from virgin on sunday 5th august it was dead the phoneline was dead as a stone called virging they said there was fauly on the line and that they come out on thirsday 9th to fix it i wish

i had phoneline with bt for over 4 years not once did line go of

Apologies for the issues with the telephone,
I have checked the line and everything is showing ok at the moment. Can you confirm you have check all of the equipment plugged into the line if you have a fax machine or anything else? if so if you could please PM your postcode and house number so i can arrange and engineers appointment.
