With issues such as this we'd usually direct you to speak to our customer services team to investigate this further for you. This is not something we can help you with through the forums.
I have run a couple of pre-emptive checks on your line and can see nothing service affecting which would account for this particular issue.

On my latest bill I have been charged for 2 premium rate call on 2 different Saturday's late night, I know no one in the house has called these numbers but virgin said that they were direct diled from my phone , please can someone help (I have now put a call bar on my phone) but has anyone else had this problem ?
The only time that I can recall having unknown premium rate calls added to my bill, was many years ago, when I was on a dial-up internet connection, and antivirus programs weren't as adept for catching trojan's, when I acquired one, which was dialling up to unsavoury sites. Fingers crossed... I haven't had that kind of issues for well over 15 years. Hope you manage to get it sorted though. Regards dozer167
