New router linked phone not working

Since switch over no incoming calls

I switched my phone to the hub this afternoon as requested. Got ring tone - checkCan dial out - checkBut when I try ringing home phone, phone doesn't ring.Any suggestions? On the plus side not a single cold caller since the switch over
