Resolved! Landline not working.

Landline issue - the person I call can’t hear me

Elderly mother only has landline. When she dials out the call connects but the person can’t hear her although she can hear them.If people call her it is fine. if she calls a mobile it is fine. She had  three handsets that all do this. Any ideas?
