We have not had a proper working phone for 2 weeks - all we get during the day is a crackly line - engineer was meant to come out LAST FRIDAY....did not VIRGIN WERE MEANT TO REARRANGE ANOTHER ENGINEER have given them the mobile number ....that was LAST Friday NOTHING ......Have cancelled our D/D, off to trading standards on Monday if not sorted out - as they have breached the contract in not supplying the service we are in a contract for. Virgin phone is basically 'NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE'
