Same problem here, no dial tone, try to dial and nothing happens, get the tones as i hit the numbers, but nothing else.
Cant recieve calls either, people trying to phone in, get message saying user is busy. All was working fine earlier today, had incoming calls, not tried to ring out today, untill around 12:20 when i first noticed the problem.

I have checked and there is a fault with the telephone service in your area. We have network engineers working to fix this for you asap.

I am disabled and found that i have no telephone tone. Can't ring out or in. I have just been with Virgin for a few weeks. I need my phone sorted. Was recommended by a friend. Please can someone sort this out.

I have taken a look at the line and your account and can see a engineer is arranged for today.
If your still having any problems after the engineer leaves please let us know.
