My phone line has gone dead - when I tried to book an online appointment with an engineer was told online appointments not available and I should phone 150 from my landline to arrange an engineer. EXCEPT MY PHONE'S NOT WORKING PEOPLE! What disappointing customer services.

Sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your service. I have looked into this for you and can confirm that currently there are no faults in your area affecting your service. I have looked at the exchange and all appears to be OK there too.
