Phone line not working.

Hi, for the past two days my phone has no dial tone. I tried to check the Service Status page but the page won't load. I've checked the cables and they seem to be fine. I cannot recieve or call anyone.

my lord my phone with virgin media its dead since sunday they say it will be thirsday be for they can even look at it 5 days to fix the phone line i think i might change to broadband only from virgin as the phone service its not looking good
