I have already done the service status as explained in my previous message and there is a fault with my line but no way of contacting you. Please could you email my hotmail account. I am getting very annoyed at the service being provided.

Hi,
I had an engineer attend of Friday who informed me the wire outside was faulty and he didn't have one with him so needed to order and this could take up to 2 weeks!!!!!!!! Which is obviously unacceptable. I was told by the engineer that he would contact me, obviously not on the landline, which is still not working, but on the mobile someone has loaned me to notify me when the next engineer will attend. However I still not have received a call / been notified of any date an engineer will attend to fix the issue.
It is unacceptable that I am unable to use the services I am paying for, especially when I need to make urgent calls. So far I have been without services for 4 days! Please advise as soon as possible. If you inbox me I shall give you the mobile number to contact me.

I'm having the same problem...no dial tone, can't dial out, or dial 150. This is the umpteenth time this has happened to my phone line now, (which I'm not happy about) and is usually associated with the green connection box wiring being moved.
Please help. I need my phone right now as my granddaughter is about to give birth within the next 48 hours.

Have just done a service status for my phone line and they have found a fault. Engineer is now booked for tomorrow afternoon.
