On the date the engineer was due to come out I was unfortunately not home at the time for the installation of my phone line at the time he called, how do I schedule a new date?

Thanks for the reply.
The engineer from Outreach left a note saying I would need to contact whoever arranged the installation, ie, Virgin. But I'm not sure of the number to contact in order to do this.

I'd recommend the general enquiry number to get started, unless you have been given a number prior to the date of installation?
