I've asked for a itemised bill from January 2013 regarding calls made to a specific mobile number. Virgin Media cannot provide me a straight forward answer, I was even told to speak to the police to track down this information! Apparently landline calls are not itemised however there is no information regarding the mobile number I rang, can anyone help or provide advice?
I spoke to 3 mobile and they sent me an itemised bill within minutes of calling - completely different levels of service!

Customer Services should be able to send you a fully itemised bill for chargeable calls for any bill within 12 months.
Calls made within a call plan don't show up and can't be itemised.
