HELP no phone, no email address

Hi could anyone solve  the problem of how to inform Virgin Media that the phone is not working when there is no email address for help and I can't use my phone?

Hi mocco

 

I have run a linetest and also checked to see if you are affected by any area faults but I haven't found anything that could be causing your telephone issue. Please could you eliminate the possibility that your equipment is causing a problem by testing another telephone in your master socket with any other telephone equipment unplugged from any extensions.

 

If you have done this and you are still having the problem please send me a Private Message confirming your address and post code so that we can arrange an engineer.
