Our phone rang once at 0240 in the morning but has been dead since. Online status says everything is fine, test says it can't find a fault. Ringing up the automated service says we're working on it in a different postcode to ours and I cannot speak to a human. Can you help?
p.s. why does the webpage, once you get to the phone fault bit, say to ring 150 from your Virgin phone when it's pretty obvious that you're phone isn't working (because you've just told the system that)? Yes there is an alternate number but obviously ringing those 0845 and 0333 numbers from a mobile works out pretty pricey.

Hi Andrea etc,
I just noticed the answer dated 6th May and looked for another thread, which I found
'continual phone problems'. But I didn't start that one, even though I can see it in my messages box. Which is more than a little weird. I have looked to see if I can delete it, but that's not an available option.
