CALL COSTS

Hi

 

I was wondering why i am being charged for phone calls, when i am supposed to be on unlimited - i understand if i go over the hour then i will be charged - but have noticed i am being charged even if on a landline for 2 mins - please advise if this is correct

You are also charged for "feature activated" calls - e.g. callback (1471 3) etc. Could that explain it?

Can someone please give the contact details for the complaints department or explain how you can justifiy charging me £50 for 4 phone calls to South Africa (off peak)? im not able to make sense of it!!! its outrages...
