Yesterday, 12/04/11, just before 10:10am, all my services went down, BB, TV & Phone.
The main cables in the street were cut during road works.
Last checked before going to bed, nothing working yet.
The BB & TV were repaired and working when first checked this morning at 05:30 - No Phone Line.
Here we are at 10:30 and still no Dial Tone, how do I find out what is going on?
PS - Service Status says that the Phone is OK !!

Sorry for the issue, I can't see any area faults for the telephone service and the line looks ok.
As such we need to book a technician.
