Virus detected and quarantined

This appeared and I have done 2 full scans and it still keeps coming up every 60 seconds telling me to start a scan. I have emptied the quarantined part of my VM security 4 times now and it still keeps appearing. How can I be sure A) that My computer is ok  B) How can I get rid of this.

After you emptied the quarantined folder, did you restart your computer? Have you tried to restore your system to a previous point? If so some part of VirginMedia Security may have become corrupted and not functioning correctly. This would require a re-installation. Please have a look at our guide to help you with this.
