Security identity +

Having had 3 pc's running on basic security package, i've upgraded to Identity + - It says to download the app to get it, but all it does is totally re-install the basic security package again. However out of the blue 1 laptop that did not have anything downloaded has now updated. The other 2 pc's have not updated....any answers ?

Have you downloaded the Identity + app on each PC? Very strange why only one updated. Can you confirm the other 2 PC's still have the basic security? If so could you please try a re-installation. Please have a look at our guide on how to do this.

Hi,

Everything is working now, but 1 laptop automatically got the download without the app being installed. I just connected to the net and it downloaded itself.

Strange but true, i waited till the next day to check other 2 pc's and all is ok now.

That's great all is well. Looks like just had to wait 24 hours for the updates to process.
