Hi there,
My laptop has been running PC Guard for around 2 months, and everything was going fine until we had some viruses four weeks ago. It scanned, quarantined and deleted them, but afterwards none of my programmes would link from my desktop or my start menu. I was told that this was because PC Guard had blocked these, and sure enough, this is what one of my PC Guard's folders looks like (the SafeConnect/Profile if I remember rightly):

It's 'protected' and moved all my start up files so all my links don't work. So, is there any way I can unblock these, move them back to their respective programme file folders and/or get my laptop back to running order? Basically, at the moment I'm running things out of a broswer menu where I have to find the icon of the wanted programme within PC Guard. It works, it's just a bit awkward.
If I've explained anything badly or if it's unclear as to what's happened, just ask, I'd love some help so I'll answer any queries abotu my laptop's problems. But yeah, if anyone could help that'd be great, thanks.
