Multiple users & VMSecurity

Hi guys and girls, I've had a flick through these forums and found nothing with regards to this problem other than one post which doesn't answer the question so here's hoping it can here.

My PC has multiple users logged on at the same time on most occassions although they have locked there profile on it and others are logged on. The problem is that VMSecurity seems to only work on one profile at a time, is there a way round this issue at all I can't find anything on the settings interface.

I'm running Windows XP Pro. SP 3.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Hi Double_D,

The only way around this if the profiles are locked is to restart the PC.  This should then log all users off and allow you to be the only user logged on.

Thanks

Any answers on this? I have to shut down VM security on my profile when other users want to log in and start Vm security for their profile which is a pain.

Re: Multiple users & VMSecurity

Hi All,

I'm afraid that there is no way around this, due to the way in which the software is designed with regards to parental control etc.

In order to Virgin Security to start, you need to log a user out before logging in with another.
