Currently users of our Digital Home Support and VM
Security may experience a problem, where if they upgrade to Internet Explorer 9
the message window in these programs may look blank and make it appear as if
they have crashed. Despite this VMS and the DHSA hub will still be working as
they should.
We're working on a full patch to fix this issue which
should be rolled out in May, but in the mean time you can download a fix from
the links below.
If you have encountered this problem we'd appreciate it
if you could confirm for us if this has fixed your issue, along with telling us
which operating system you're using.
