i am getting disconnected from xbox live on super hub 3 (i don't have super hub 2 ) do you have a solution ?

Sorry to read that you are experiencing disconnections from Xbox Live.
Are you connected through a wired or wireless connection on the Xbox One? If wireless can you try through wired please to see if the disconnections continue?
When it disconnects from Xbox Live does it reconnect straight away or do you have to wait for a certain time before signing back in?
Do any other devices lose connection at the same time?
Have you just got the one Xbox One or have you got others within the property, just in case they may be conflicting information on the sign in?
