Whenever im playing a game e.g. overwatch the connection drops and I rubberband back a few paces a temporary fix is to restart the super hub but that only fixes it for a few days. been struggling with this for a while and would appreciate a fix.
Sorry to read that you are experiencing intermittent connection whilst playing Overwatch.
Looking at your connection, the Modem SNR (signal to noise ratio) for downstream is running low. This may or may not be the main cause of the issue, however I would like an engineer to check this over for you. Are you playing Overwatch through a PC/Xbox One/PS4? Is the device using wireless or wired connection?
