ps4 wont connect to wifi, i have tried moving it closer, my bedroom is right above where the wifi sits downstairs, i wired connection is a no go. so how can i fix this problem and also have a faster speed!?
Unfortunately the standard PS4 (unlike the PS4 Pro) can only use the 2.4Ghz band which is the most widely used and therefore the most congested band that in addition to WiFi is used by cordless phones, baby monitors, car alarms and microwaves.
The only thing VM will suggest is trying different wireless channels, they have a guide here.
