packet loss

is there maintenance recently near west bromwich cause i've had packet loss for 2 weeks now and customer service only reboots the router which doesn't help.

I've had the exact same problem for about 2 weeks. Had an engineer come out and he didn't really do anything but restore the superhub2 back to factory.

They where doing major road works a few weeks ago which also caused the internet and TV to go down for 2 days until it got resolved and since that the internet upload,packet loss, jitter hasn't been the same.
